5五花肉底部的肥肉割下切成小丁不用腌制,肥瘦相间的部分切块(在腌制烤五花肉时用同样的料同步腌制)

6五花肉肥肉丁入锅翻炒煸出油,待榨干后加入五花肉小块,炒熟盛盘备用

7锅中入淘米第二遍时的水,放入黄豆酱,搅匀(搅匀防止酱糊锅),开大火,水开后入土豆块,煮3分钟,放入豆腐块、金针菇、长瓜片,煮5分钟后放入蒜泥、尖椒圈,煮半分钟,若咸淡适宜则不必加盐,直接出锅,若不够咸,则加少许盐,之后出锅
