鸡蛋: 4个, 红枣: 100g(去核前), 细砂糖/糖粉: 100g, 低筋面粉: 180g, 小苏打: 4g, 泡打粉: 7g, 玉米油: 100g, 核桃: 适量(有蒸熟的板栗也可以加), 白芝麻: 适量(表面装饰用)
步骤
1红枣洗净去核

2加水盖过红枣(大概180g水,也可以多加一点水)用不粘锅煮至图上状态(汁收干即可)

3凉至余温加入白砂糖/糖粉

9取出三分之一面糊放置另一盆中加入玉米油

11再倒回原来的面糊中加入核桃碎拌匀(蒸熟的板栗也可以加)

12入模撒上白芝麻 上150下160烘烤50分钟 中途注意表面如果上色过度要及时盖锡纸
