红柚: 3斤左右1个, 冰糖: 200g, 蜂蜜: 300g
步骤
1柚子用水沾湿,再用盐搓一搓,清洗干净后擦干水,再用小刀削下柚子皮,尽量不要白色部分,白色部分会导致过分苦涩

2柚子肉去掉籽和皮,尽量弄干净一点

4淡盐水稍稍泡几分钟,去苦涩,泡完后挤一挤水

5在锅内放入柚子皮和冰糖,加水大火开煮,我大概加了800ml,水太少后面要加水,水太多炒干不易,大概两倍柚子皮的水比较好(两倍不是重量,是体积)

6水开后,加柚子肉
