原料
笔管鱼 10来条, 尖椒 3个, 大葱 一根, 生姜 一块, 小米辣 4颗(可选), 黄豆酱 两勺, 蚝油 一勺, 生抽 一勺, 料酒 2勺, 盐 半勺, 清水 小半碗

2将大葱、尖椒、小米辣斜切成马蹄状,生姜切丝

3锅内放入凉水,烧开后,丢几片生姜进去,然后将笔管鱼倒入

4汆烫片刻,捞出。(时间不要长,会影响滑嫩的口感)

5锅内倒入油,4成热时,放入葱姜小火煸出香味
