原料
豆腐, 雞蛋, 火腿 (或者熟雞肉絲、肉絲), 香菇, 木耳, 高湯, 醋, 醬油, 料酒, 胡椒粉, 鹽, 水澱粉, 香油
步驟
1火腿切成細絲

2將豆腐切成細絲

3香菇也切成絲

4木耳洗凈切成絲

5雞蛋打散備用

6將適量胡椒粉倒入小碗內,倒入醋將胡椒粉沖開備用

7鍋置火上,倒入高湯,沒有高湯就用清水代替,燒開後先放入豆腐略煮一下,然後放入香菇絲,火腿絲,木耳絲

8煮開後加入醬油,料酒,鹽調色調味

9然後用水澱粉勾芡

10這時邊用湯勺攪動邊倒入蛋液,最後加入沖開的胡椒粉和醋

11這時候關火加醋一定要後放啊 加入一些香菜末點綴即可
