番茄蝦球的做法十分講究,重視口味和口感的搭配,是一道很討人喜歡的小菜。
原料
蝦仁, 雞蛋, 蔥, 姜, 番茄醬, 白糖, 胡椒粉, 紹酒, 白醋, 鹽
步驟
1將蝦仁洗凈後背後開一刀,用牙籤在背部挑去蝦線

2將挑去蝦線的蝦仁用淡鹽水泡泡後再清洗乾淨,這樣蝦仁很脆爽

3控干蝦仁的水分(可以用白毛巾或廚房用紙吸水),放入小碗中

4將雞蛋蛋清蛋黃分開
