1 蘿蔔一條洗乾淨

2 切薄片,大概6mm厚

5 洗乾淨兩個衣架,將切好的蘿蔔掛上去

7 晚上下班回來,蘿蔔曬好了

8 將大蒜切碎成蒜蓉

9 曬好的蘿蔔用手撕成一條條,加入蒜蓉跟辣椒醬用筷子拌均

10 加入白糖拌均

1曬蘿蔔等大太陽的時候,每一次曬的狀態都會不一樣,但都很好吃 2辣椒醬是鹹的,所以不用加鹽的 3加入適量白糖是為了增加蘿蔔脆感 4放入冰箱口感更好
