肥腸: 500-600克, 大蒜: 至少10瓣(根據大腸量調整), 料酒: 適量, 生抽: 適量, 老抽: 適量, 雞湯: 一碗, 水澱粉: 適量
步驟
1稻香村已經滷製好的豬大腸,切成小段,備用(大腸內壁一般會有肥油,為了減少油脂攝入,我會把內壁的油脂弄下來扔掉)

2蒜包好,切碎,備用

8將雞湯倒入,之後倒入大腸,翻炒均勻,由於生抽、雞湯都有鹽味兒,可以不用放鹽,待湯汁燒開
