原料
雞蛋: 2隻, 培根: 4~5條, 蒜末: 兩瓣, 淡奶油: 200ml, 蘑菇: 6個, 意面: 250g兩人份, 芝士粉: 適量

1準備所有材料

2煮開水,記得放鹽。水開後放入意面,煮開後轉中小火準備其他材料

3雞蛋打散,撒芝士粉(木下是磨了奶酪塊)拌勻

4平底鍋開火放培根(木下放了油,不過培根本身就能炒出油,所以我沒放)
5培根出油後放入蘑菇片和蒜末翻炒,放適量鹽和胡椒調味後倒入淡奶油

6面也煮的差不多了,撈麵到奶油鍋子裡攪拌均勻

7加入之前的蛋液快速攪拌,收汁後乘盤撒上芝士粉
