原料
麵粉: 一勺半(大湯勺), 火腿: 3根, 油條: 3根, 礦泉水: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 甜麵醬: 適量
步驟
1找打上一壺豆漿(全自動豆漿機)

2準備好原材料(麵粉,雞蛋,火腿,油條)

3把雞蛋打入麵粉中,加入適量的水攪拌勻。(攪拌沒顆粒也最好)

4火腿一分為二

5先把電餅鐺耍我預熱,然後把攪拌好的蛋液倒入(1/3就好不要太多也不要太厚)撒上調味鹽我是用花生芝麻鹽代替的(燒烤調料也可以)

6蛋液一凝根據個人口味刷上甜麵醬,放上油條和火腿。(如果喜歡可以根據喜好放點蔬菜我老公不愛吃所以就沒放)
