麵粉: 125g, 清水: 75g, 配菜:(隨意放): , 西紅柿: 1個, 土豆: 1個, 胡蘿蔔: 適量, 油菜: 適量, 洋蔥: 適量, 火腿: 適量, 雞蛋: 隨意放, 蔥: 1根, 香菜: 適量, 調味:: , 蒜: 2瓣, 精鹽: 適量, 雞精: 適量, 生抽: 2滴, 清水: 適量
步驟
1準備材料: 所有蔬菜洗凈切好(蔥香菜隔開放,雞蛋隨意放幾個,蒜切片備好)~

2將麵粉放入盆中,一點點加入清水攪成絮狀,和成麵糰,蓋保鮮膜醒面20分鐘~
