豬肉: 一小塊,買的5元,約150克, 韭菜: 7-8條, 香蔥: 2條, 雞蛋: 初生蛋小小的4個, 生粉: 適量, 水: 一點點, 鹽: 適量, 醬油: 適量
步驟
1肉剁泥,韭菜切小粒,兩者放一起加入鹽和醬油,少許生粉拌勻
