1材料:土豆,牛奶,馬蘇里拉芝士,火腿

2土豆去皮切塊,隔水蒸熟。(為了避免土豆吸收太多水蒸汽,可以用有蓋子的容器蒸)

3蒸熟的土豆放涼,搗成泥

4土豆泥用細篩網過篩,用勺子碾壓土豆泥

5再從篩網反面刮下過篩的土豆泥。(過篩的土豆泥口感更細膩,但比較費事,不講究口感可以省略過篩。)

6土豆泥加牛奶,黑胡椒,鹽,糖拌勻。(牛奶可以換成淡奶油,奶味更濃郁。量不要多,拌好的土豆泥還是非常粘稠的團)

7拌好的土豆泥填入烤碗

8表面撒上馬蘇里拉芝士和火腿粒。(火腿很鹹的話要提前浸泡,也可以換成培根香腸等,主要是裝飾。)

9放入預熱好的烤箱,200度烤至芝士熔化,表面金黃即可
