8準備一個小酒杯,不用小酒杯也沒事用碗用手都可行,就是把材料放進葉子裡

9備好白布條

10往右捲成一個洞,下面必須是尖的,否則會漏

11倒入材料,拍一拍壓一壓,壓緊實了

13兩邊包好後,還有多餘沒包好,把那多餘的往左邊包,包的時候手要用力

16全部完成後,放水桶里泡半小時

18開鍋蓋先煮

19放進高壓鍋以後開蓋煮大概15分鐘,煮到周圍有泡泡,關火,悶10分鐘

20在蓋鍋蓋,煮十幾分鐘,氣少點了在開鍋蓋看看水是否夠,不夠加水加好在煮25分鐘,關火

21趁熱吃比較好吃,沒吃完最好放進冰箱,不然天太熱會壞掉,下次要吃時,一定要熱一熱,不然糯米很容易沾在葉子上
