3用刀在雞爪手心位置劃一下(不太會組織語言就是為了更入味?)劃的時候儘量抓住另一個爪子比較穩

4冷水放入雞爪,香葉,八角,桂皮,大火煮開,再繼續煮5分鐘

5就是這樣子啦,煮開是為了去掉雞爪異味哦,然後撈出,放入冷水,洗乾淨,備用

6鍋內倒入少許油,加入冰糖,小火溶化至微微發黃

7放入雞爪,這一步一定要小心被油濺到,好疼啊?(可以拿鍋蓋擋一下)

8放入蔥姜以及辣椒,我用的干辣椒,不吃辣的可以不放

9翻炒,雞爪上色至黃色

10加入開水,水量要覆蓋雞爪,此時放入鹽,醋,生抽,雞精(適量不要放多,味道淡了還可以再加)

11煮開加入老抽,然後小火慢燉,燉到水量至一半的時候再大火煮
