2第二天:量出冰糖40g輾碎---方法嘛,各顯神通好啦,哈哈哈哈;(怕甜的可減糖)

3泡好的大米連水一起倒進料理機,加入冰糖碎,打成細膩的米漿---米漿必須打得很細,捻起來幾乎感覺不到顆粒;

4不鏽鋼盤子(傳熱快)抹一層油防粘,倒入米漿---把米漿厚度控制在0.5厘米左右最好---200g米量可做24cm的盤子兩盤;

5蒸鍋水開後將盤子上籠,加蓋,大火蒸20分鐘,取出;

6手上拍上涼水(防粘),取出米糕,切塊;
