6用牙刷將扇貝外殼刷洗乾淨.用小刀伸進去把扇貝撬開.留下有肉的半邊.用刀慢慢的把貝殼肉取下來

小技巧
調製調味汁.如果沒有蒸魚豉油可以用其他生抽代替. 腌制貝肉的時候加一點澱粉拌勻這樣處理過的貝肉能保持鮮嫩 蒜蓉要用油炒過這樣才能更好的釋放蒜的香味同時也沒有了生蒜入口的辛辣 蒸的時間一定要掌握好蒸過頭肉老了就不好吃了.大個扇貝蒸五分鐘小個扇貝蒸三分鐘
