麵粉: 適量, 圓白菜: 一顆, 洋蔥: 一個, 豬肉: 少量
步驟
1麵粉用溫水和好,擀成麵餅,和面時麵粉里加少許鹽提味

2電餅檔加少許油,塗抹均勻,麵餅放入電餅檔,燒3分鐘左右,餅熟即可

3燒好的餅切成餅絲

4油鍋熱油,放入蔥姜蒜爆香

5先放入洋蔥炒一分鐘

6再放入切好的大白菜,加鹽,胡椒粉少許,醬油適量,翻炒,炒至七成熟,此時可按個人喜好加入炒好的雞蛋或者豬肉

7給鍋中的青菜加人少許清水,避免鍋底焦糊,然後把切好的餅絲放到白菜上面,加鍋蓋小火燜,燜三到五分鐘
