小技巧
1、烙餅時一開始是小火將兩麵餅皮烙出硬殼,這樣後面倒入糖水才不會粘在一起。 2、倒入糖水後要開大火併不停翻炒,防止沾在鍋上燒焦;糖水變粘稠後關火燜一會,不要急著開鍋蓋,保證餅的內部熟軟。
