4加入椰漿小火慢煮至水份收干(略變厚)

5加入少許麵粉小火慢煮並不斷攪拌至均勻粘稠

9用廚房紙巾擦乾

10用牙籤在雞腿上戮一些小洞以便入味

11把剛才做好的腌料放入

12加入鹽和黑胡椒粉(應該是先在雞腿上塗抹鹽再塗抹黑胡椒粉,我忘記了,就倒過來做了,結果倒也不影響口感。如果你不忘記的話,最好是先抹鹽再抹黑胡椒,然後放入腌料哦)

13用手給馬雞腿做按摩,把腌料塗抹均勻,然後蓋上蓋子放冰箱冷藏至少一晚上,如果有時間的話最好多腌一會兒,入味更好吃

14烤箱預熱200度,雞腿皮朝上放入烤箱烤25分鐘

1525分鐘後,把雞腿翻面,再烤十分鐘,然後翻面再烤五分鐘就可以開吃了(家裡已經很香很香了哦)
