3墨鬥魚干,洗乾淨,弄成2片,用清水浸泡半天,浸泡好後切成片,浸泡的水不要倒掉,香菇洗凈另一個碗加水浸泡,浸泡的水也一樣不倒掉,煮菜時一起加入

4炒鍋中倒入適量油,把香菇丁、墨鬥魚乾片、蝦米爆香
