奶酪: 100g, 低筋麵粉: 60g, 雞蛋: 4個, 白砂糖: 60g, 牛奶: 100ml, 檸檬汁: 3ml, 玉米澱粉: 30g, 黃油: 50g
步驟
1把奶酪切成小塊,放入大碗中,加入白砂糖

2隔水熱水用電動打蛋器攪拌成至細滑無顆粒

3然後分次一個一個加入蛋黃並拌勻

4在奶酪中加入牛奶

10將蛋白加入檸檬汁用打蛋器打起大泡

11分三次加入白砂糖

13取三分之一蛋白與奶酪糊稍微拌和

14再將奶酪糊全部倒入剩餘的蛋白里

15輕輕翻拌均勻

16將蛋糕糊倒入模具內

17烤盤內倒入清水放入烤箱中下層,將奶酪模放入裝有水的烤盤中

18烤約1小時,(中途可以再次補些冷水可以防止蛋糕開裂,)這步我做了,還是沒能補救已經開裂的蛋糕。烤好後取出脫模
