1整理山姜

3先切片…再剁成末(這個需要耐心,山姜可是很難切的)

4熱鍋放油,把山姜倒進鍋里翻炒,加鹽…鹹的沒事…再加醬油…儘量讓姜有鹹味

5山姜出鍋,灌進洗凈的雞肚子
