核桃: 三個, 碗,砸蒜錘: 各一個, 糖: 一勺半, 紫薯汁: 一大勺

1首先,刨三個核桃

2用砸蒜錘將核桃砸成半末狀

5切成這樣的丁狀、(要保留一小點)

6把紫薯丁在碗里搗碎(出水後)然後倒點水(涼白開)

7把紫薯過濾出來

8將剛剛砸好的核桃醬放在一個勺形容器里(小貼士:放核桃醬前,給容器內壁抹點油)

9將成形的核桃醬取出,很好取吧,這就是為什麼要給容器內壁放油的原因了

10給上邊撒上剛剛準備的糖

12因為沒有準備薄荷葉,所以自己用青菜葉剪了兩片葉子,把葉子交錯插在點心上
