原料
紅薯: 8cm左右個頭, 糯米粉: 半飯碗, 牛奶: 適量, 煉乳: 一湯匙(可不加), 水: 一小碗, 麵包糠: 適量, 白糖: 適量
步驟
1紅薯洗凈切片,上蒸鍋大火燒開,小火蒸十分鐘!趁熱盛出,用勺子攆成紅薯泥!

2加入煉乳,白糖,拌勻。倒入糯米粉,適量牛奶,揉捏好!

3取一團紅薯粉團搓圓,按做湯圓的手法,中間捏出洞,放入芝士碎

4用右手虎口往裡收口

5收好口口,再搓圓,然後壓扁

6把所有的餅做好,依次放入水中沾濕,再滾上麵包糠

7開火熱油鍋,油燒熱後轉小火,放入紅薯餅,炸至兩面金黃即可出鍋

小技巧
此配方大概可做8—10個 糖也可不加,視紅薯甜度自行決定!和面的時候如果紅薯濕度夠的話也可不加牛奶!
