原料
牛肉: 400~500克, 萵筍: 半根, 豆芽: 適量, 蒜末: 適量, 姜: 幾片, 小蔥: 適量, 辣椒面: 適量, 醬油: 適量, 白糖: 2湯勺, 料酒: 適量, 味精: 適量, 花椒粉: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 小蘇打: 少許, 郫縣豆瓣醬: 1大湯勺, 八角: 2粒, 澱粉: 適量, 蛋液: 適量
步驟
1牛肉切柳葉片(切之前牛肉如果有水要擦乾)

2小碗內加1勺醬油、1勺料酒、少許鹽、味精、一小撮小蘇打~

3再加入半個雞蛋的蛋液,澱粉一勺半,2兩水到2兩半的水~

14再加入水,2勺白糖、醬油、適量鹽煮開,(水不要過多,看盛水煮牛肉的碗有多大)

15開鍋後倒入萵筍和豆芽~

18再次燒開後用勺子或鏟子將牛肉一點一點放入鍋中

19不要攪拌,露出來的牛肉用筷子輕輕撥入湯中,燒開後煮30~40秒即可~
