步驟
1把雞腿泡水,(泡出血水)然後用牙籤在雞腿上扎眼,方便入味

2把雞腿用料酒腌15分鐘左右,然後放入鍋中加入蔥姜和少量鹽,加水(剛好沒過雞腿)

3向鍋中加入生抽,老抽耗油大火煮開然後小火煮20分鐘左右

4從鍋中撈出放涼

5取雞腿,先裹上一層蛋液,再裹一層澱粉
