小技巧
可以加入麵粉,蝦加點澱粉,我不喜歡蔥蒜姜,所以都沒有放,喜歡的朋友可以加入蔥姜,味道會更好,加入料酒是去腥的,雞蛋餅里可以加入更多其他元素的蔬菜
