原料
中筋麵粉: 450克, 太白粉: 50克, 蛋: 3個, 水: 750克, 雞胸肉: 1個, 胡蘿蔔: 100克, 萵筍: 200克, 葡萄乾: 100克, 鹽: 5克, 沙拉醬: 1瓶
步驟
1雞胸肉放入蒸鍋蒸,蒸熟後撕成絲,胡蘿蔔、萵筍去皮切絲備用

2將中筋粉、太白粉過篩入鋼盆,鹽加入水中溶解倒入鋼盆,蛋打散用攪拌器攪拌成蛋汁,倒入鋼盆中

3用攪拌器將作法2的材料順著同一方向攪拌至麵糊光滑

4用保鮮膜(或濕布)蓋上面糊醒發20-30分鐘

5取一平底鍋,以小火預熱2-3分鐘,用乾淨的毛刷沾滴量的油塗於鍋底,再倒入一勺麵糊

6將平底鍋拿起快速的搖晃一圈,其使麵糊均勻,待麵糊顏色中間微鼓起,邊緣捲起時可取出即成餅皮

7將麵皮放於工作檯上,作法1的材料取適量放於餅皮的1/3處,再擠入沙拉醬
