豆腐: 半塊, 姜: 2片, 蔥: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 鯽魚: 一條, 黑枸杞: 七八顆
步驟
1鯽魚清洗乾淨備用,燒一鍋清水

2蔥切碎,姜切片,蒜對半

4熱鍋倒油,油熱下鯽魚煎至金黃

5一面煎好翻另一面繼續煎制,直至兩面都煎至金黃,關火

6另取一鍋,放入姜蒜炒香

7然後放入鯽魚,加入燒好的開水,大火煮開

8水開後加入嫩豆腐,繼續煮至魚肉變熟

9加入適量鹽、雞精調味,繼續煮三四分鐘,入味後即可關火

1、魚比較容易熟,不要煮太久,會爛 2、記得用開水,魚要先煎一下,再燉湯,燉出的湯是奶白色
