7先製作覆盆子醬:將覆盆子果泥和砂糖混合放入鍋中加熱.

14每次先用低速,隨後改高速攪打至雞蛋液和黃油完全混合均勻,再加入下次的雞蛋液再次攪打,避免分離.

15加入全部雞蛋液後,黃油雞蛋糊攪打至蓬鬆的羽毛狀態,不要有液體的剩餘也不要分離,如果分離了那就是失敗了.

16打好的黃油糊立刻加入過篩後的粉類.
