1首先打開烤箱200度預熱、烤盤上刷油貨用烤紙(我個人比較喜歡用烤紙). 將麵粉、糖、烤焙粉和鹽混合拌勻.

2將冷黃油切成小塊、黃油最好剛從冰箱拿出來的. 將黃油放在麵粉中

3用手將黃油和麵粉揉碎
