10蓋上鍋蓋,大火煮到高壓鍋上汽,小火5分鐘,關火

小技巧
1、我用的是牛腩,有牛筋,偷懶所以用高壓鍋處理下牛肉,炒的時候不用費力。。 2、記得牛肉用高壓鍋煮要留點湯汁,這樣之後杏鮑菇一起煮才夠味兒。。。當然這個是我自己想當然 3、我其實不大愛做菜勾芡,不過這道菜勾芡下的確會更有食慾哈 4、我隨手放的蚝油,本身有點甜,所以沒有放白糖,如果手邊沒有蚝油,加少許白糖記得,提味兒 5、綠油油的蒜花啊蒜花。
