15鍋中少許油燒熱,油熱後,下蒜薹和胡蘿蔔煸炒,放入蔥花爆香

小技巧
1、茄子颳去表皮口感更好,但若只為營養考慮,茄子皮里富含花青素,隨個人喜好保留 2、茄子微苦,加入適量鹽腌制,不但使茄子口感更好,炸出的茄條也入味 3、炸茄子的時候要中火,以防火太急將脆皮炸焦 4、一勺番茄醬、一勺醋、一勺蚝油、3勺糖,2勺水的比例調成料汁,這個我試驗多次,味道不錯,糖醋裡脊的味道,顏色也好
