1砂鍋刷一層油

2大米洗凈入鍋

6鋪上切好的香腸,打個蛋,接著燜煮3分鐘

7切好的蔬菜燙熟

8開蓋沿鍋壁澆一圈色拉油,繼續蓋蓋兒燜3-5分鐘,關火後再燜10分鐘

9吃之前鋪上燙好的蔬菜,澆上調好的醬汁。醬汁:蚝油,生抽,白糖,香油,水。(根據個人口味調製,不要一次澆太多,一點就好)
