原料
水葉子面 半斤, 肉瓤 一斤, 薑末, 青花椒粉, 白糖, 三奈八谷, 青花椒, 小茴香, 香蔥, 宜賓脆米芽菜 一袋, 紅皮花生 一碟子, 啤酒 一點, 醬油, 糖, 香油

1肉瓤薑末、少許青花椒粉、白糖一起攪拌均勻

10鍋中熱油,再放入肉瓤子

16鍋中熱水,水滾後,放入水葉子面
