10起大油鍋,生生麩放入油炸。(炸起來像麵筋發得很大,過一會就縮小)

小技巧
一盆是生抽燒一盆是老抽燒,味道有點不同,一種是糖醋排骨味一種是紅燒肉味。這素食葷燒味道特別好。
