年糕, 雞蛋, 茼蒿, 香腸, 油,鹽,雞精,醬油,料酒,白糖, 蔥,小米辣
步驟
1將配菜切好,,

2年糕切條狀,(從小家裡把年糕切條狀,所以一直習慣條狀,而且,覺著這樣口感更好些),然後放水裡泡一泡(不易粘鍋)

3雞蛋打散

4點火,坐鍋,鍋里倒少許油
5將蛋液倒入鍋中炒散,盛出備用

6鍋中加少許油,燒熱,放入切好香腸煸炒,,

7香腸煸炒至微微金黃捲曲後,加入辣椒,蔥,年糕進行翻炒

8加入少許料酒,醬油,白糖調味,加水少許,翻炒,(年糕很硬的,可以加鍋蓋蒙一下下)
9年糕炒至合適的軟度(視年糕軟硬度和個人口味而定),加入雞蛋,茼蒿,小小翻炒,後加鹽,雞精調味
