原料
三黃雞 一隻, 干紅辣椒, 花椒, 大蒜, 生薑, 啤酒 一罐, 青椒 2-3個, 醬油 一勺, 蚝油 兩勺, 芹菜杆, 蔥花, 味精, 糖 2-3勺, 鹽
步驟
1雞肉洗凈剁成小塊後除水,雞肉剁得越小越易入味

2鍋燒熱倒油

3爆香乾紅辣椒、薑片、花椒、大蒜,具體量根據雞肉多少和個人口味而定

4倒入雞肉大火翻炒至雞肉變色
5加入啤酒後用大火煮

7加兩勺鹽,先少放點鹽之後若味道偏淡再加
8大火煮至湯汁漸干

9湯汁快乾時加入青椒轉中火繼續煮並翻炒
