高筋麵粉 180g(80%), 低筋麵粉 60g(20%), 燙種 30g(20%), 砂糖 50g(20%), 鹽 4g(1.2%), 乾酵母 2g(1%), 雞蛋 50g(12%), 牛奶 36g(50%), 黃油 36g(12%), 火腿丁 100g, 肉鬆 適量, 鮮蔥丁 30g, 白芝麻 5g

1將發酵完成的麵糰分割成500g/個,滾圓,鬆弛20分鐘
