簡介
用米酒發酵做了吐司,非常柔軟,用來做吐司卷很不錯,絕對不會開裂。炸了幾隻天婦羅,配上奶酪片捲起來,配上酸奶給孩子做早餐,美味營養都有啦。
原料
蝦4隻, 吐司片4片, 奶酪片4片, 油適量, 鹽1克, 蛋液適量, 黑胡椒碎2克, 玉米澱粉適量, 麵包糠適量
步驟
1 蝦剝殼去蝦線,然後用鹽和黑胡椒碎腌制幾分鐘。我用的是冷凍的蝦尾,提前解凍

2 沾澱粉,托蛋液,沾麵包糠

3 然後4成熱油溫中火炸至金黃色
