無糖酸奶200g, 菠蘿153g, 砂糖50g, 淡奶油120g, 吉利丁片5g, 朗姆酒5g, 牛奶100g
步驟
1 準備好所有材料

2 先把吉利丁片加冷水泡軟

3 菠蘿切小塊,放入鍋里,加約20g左右砂糖,開小火熬煮一會

4 直到水分收干

5 牛奶里加入剩下的砂糖,開小火,攪拌至砂糖融化,離火

6 將泡軟的吉利丁片瀝水,加入奶液中,利用餘溫攪拌至吉利丁融化

7 再加入酸奶,攪拌均勻

8 倒入一個碗里

9 淡奶油打至出現紋路即可

10 將打發好的淡奶油分次加入酸奶糊中

11 每次攪拌均勻後再加

小技巧
我用的是自製濃稠型無糖酸奶,如果用市售酸奶,且不喜歡甜的,可適當減糖
