無糖豆漿: 250ml, 仙草粉: 25g, 水: 500ml, 細砂糖: 25g, 煉乳: 10g, 蜜紅豆: 適量, 紅茶包: 一包
步驟
1將黃豆提前6~8小時浸泡

2準備好九陽豆漿機

3將黃豆清洗乾淨放入九陽豆漿機內,加入適量水,選擇乾濕豆功能進行製作

4取25g仙草粉加50g清水攪拌均勻

5然後將剩餘的440g水倒入鍋內燒開,接著倒入仙草糊攪拌均勻,再次燒開即可

6煮完迅速倒入盒子內,等凝固即可

7往鍋內放入25g白糖和5g水,小火熬成金黃色

8然後倒入豆漿,加入一包紅茶包煮兩分鐘即可
