2將紅薯紫薯分開蒸熟

5將柔好的麵糰,搓成小顆狀放進冰箱冷凍

6麵粉加木薯粉2:1的量和適量的水揉成麵糰

9水,芋粉(仙草干某寶有的買,薯粉含在內)

10將仙草乾洗乾淨,加水,大火煮40分鐘

11關火過濾到另一個鍋中,繼續用小火煮

12將芋粉加適量的水攪勻

13緩緩倒入過濾過的燒仙草鍋中攪拌,待鍋重新煮開後關火

14將煮好的燒仙草倒入容器中放涼 放涼後在放進冰箱,等待凝固

15將水燒開,倒入冷凍好的芋圓和小丸子,煮到芋圓小丸子上浮。

16將煮好的芋圓小丸子用冷水過幾遍。

17把凝固好的燒仙草挖一些到碗里,放上芋圓小丸子加少許蜂蜜,或者煮一些紅豆湯加在裡面
