步驟
1麵粉加鹽、酵母、糖、泡打粉攪拌均勻,加水拌成如圖樣;

2揉團至光滑,搓成長條醒上20分鐘;

5取出提前一晚拌制好的肉餡,準備包制;(肉餡的拌制:肉糜中放入1克鹽、1克糖、10克生抽、15克老抽、5克料酒、雞精1.5克、蔥姜少許,再分次加入45克高湯,使肉糜完全吃透高湯變得膨脹有黏性,放進冰箱) 我這個肉餡里還加入了胡蘿蔔丁和香菇丁。

6包好的生煎胚;
