原料
羊腿: 1斤(切圓片), 洋蔥: 半個, 辣椒粉: 1勺, 孜然粉: 4勺, 鹽: 適量, 黑胡椒: 1勺, 土豆: 1個, 西蘭花: 幾朵, 黃甜椒: 1個, 小番茄: 幾個, 迷迭香: 4根, 料酒: 1勺
步驟
1提前一晚將羊腿排用孜然粉、辣椒麵、鹽、油、料酒、洋蔥、三根迷迭香攪拌均勻腌制,放入冰箱一晚。
