曲奇麵糰:無鹽黃油: 140g, 糖粉: 80g, 雞蛋: 50g, 低筋麵粉: 260g, 肉鬆: 100g(餡), 黃油: 30g(餡), 花生碎: 20g(餡), 糖粉: 20g(餡), 蔥花: 15g(餡), 火腿粒: 15g(餡)
步驟
1備齊曲奇麵糰材料;

2將黃油和過篩後的糖粉用電動打蛋器打至淡黃色;

3雞蛋液分三次加入,雞蛋液和黃油充分融合後,再加入下一次;

4將篩後的麵粉加入,打至黃油和麵粉融合呈顆粒狀;

5揉成麵糰,表面不粘手即可;

6備齊餡料;

7把肉鬆、軟化的黃油、花生碎、糖粉、火腿粒、蔥花混合,並攪拌均勻;

8將揉好的麵糰和餡料分別搓成20g、10g一個的球狀;

11包好的麵糰放入矽膠十二連模,壓平,叉子在表面壓型,刷上蛋液;
