2蔥姜洗凈切末備用~

3肉末倒入盆中,放入蔥薑末,加入精鹽,雞精,十三香,生抽,香油,拌勻腌制10分鐘~

4掛糊調好備用~

5土豆洗凈去皮,連切兩刀(第一刀連著,第二刀切斷),塞滿肉餡,依次做好全部土豆盒~

6土豆放掛糊中裹上一圈(在盆邊緣颳去多餘的麵糊)~ 鍋內倒適量油~ 待油溫熱放入掛好糊的土豆盒子,轉中小火~ 炸至金黃色即可~
