雞蛋: 2個, 韭菜: 6棵, 精鹽: 1鹽勺, 雞精: 0.5鹽勺, 油: 適量
步驟
1將韭菜摘好洗凈,切成碎末~

2雞蛋打入小盆中,打散,倒入韭菜末,加入精鹽,雞精~

3攪拌均勻,直到出現泡泡(這樣烙出的蛋餅鬆軟好吃)~

4平底鍋內倒適量油,轉小火,待油溫熱時倒入雞蛋韭菜液(轉動一下鍋,使蛋液均勻的平鋪在鍋內,然後先不要翻動,待定形了再晃動晃動,以免糊鍋)~

5待雞蛋液成形了(可借用盤子盛出來)~
