低筋麵粉: 60克,表面裝飾酥粒, 中等大小蘋果: 1個,蘋果餡, 細砂糖: 30克,蘋果餡, 檸檬汁: 1小匙,蘋果餡, 肉桂粉: 1/4小匙,蘋果餡, 黃油: 35克,表面裝飾酥粒, 紅糖: 35克,表面裝飾酥粒, 肉桂粉: 1/4小匙,表面裝飾酥粒, 黃油: 75克, 細砂糖: 80克, 鹽: 少許, 蛋: 1個(我用的XL的), 低筋麵粉: 120克, 泡打粉: 1小匙, 牛奶: 65克(我用了70克), 餡料(適量,一個蘋果煮好的):
步驟
1將蘋果去皮、去核後切成小塊

2將蘋果、細砂糖和檸檬汁放入鍋中煮,開始汁液會比較多,慢慢熬至水分收干後關火,加入肉桂粉拌勻即可。需要注意的是:水分越熬越少時要注意攪拌,免得熬焦

3放涼後還會有些汁液,用前瀝去即可

19將麵糊盛入烤模中約7分滿,表面灑適量酥粒
